As an integral part of the 3Spheres program, adding value to our community by sharing best practices is high on our list of priorities. In keeping with that aim, we have developed our first seminar / workshop on our innovative work that marries Appreciative Inquiry, a common strength-based approach used by NPO's, with traditional business improvement processes:

THE FUTURE:

We are currently developing a series of 3Spheres of Reciprocity workshop/seminars to begin in the summer of 2007. These offerings, some in collaboration with Volunteer Vancouver and other npo support organizations, will serve to enhance the skill-sets and knowledge base of not-for-profits, businesses and students.
