Client TELUS Corporation is one of Canada's leading telecommunications companies. The Strategic Bid Team (SBT) at TELUS works in partnership with Sales and other key stakeholders in demonstrating TELUS' key strategic marketing imperatives, and defining and managing the end-to-end bid process for the national sales force. The SBT had to formalize the bid process and implement a cost-effective support system quickly. David Weiss, Director of the Strategic Bid Team, envisioned a custom, web-based application to support the national team and meet his objectives. JDQ had established a proven track record with TELUS having successfully completed a number of projects for other business units.
