December 18, 2008

JDQ President, Jon Morris, has accepted an invitation to present a paper at the 21st Annual ASQ Quality Management Conference on Thursday, Mar 5-6, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Irvine Hotel, Irvine, CA, USA. The subject of the presentation will be "Appreciative Internal Audit: A Strength-Based Approach to Quality System Auditing." Mr. Morris’ presentation will expand on his recent article, “Smooth Approach”, in the October 2008 issue of the ASQ Quality Progress magazine, distributed to over 77,000 readers across North America.

Based on proven success with clients and 3rd party auditors, Appreciative Audits combine the best of Appreciative Inquiry and Internal Quality Audit expertise to create a new value-added audit experience. This innovative approach helps reveal and enhance what's right and correct or discard what's not, by building solutions based on the fundamental truth that in every company, department or project, something works.

Forward thinking quality managers and engineers, ISO 9001 management reps., auditors and quality consultants will discover the power of the innovative and proven Appreciative Audit approach to enhance a core "continual improvement" business process - the Internal Quality Audit System.
