JDQ to Assist Business Management System Implementation over Six Continents for SRK Consulting

JDQ Systems Inc. has been contracted by SRK Consulting Inc. to help design and roll out an innovative multi-national business management system.

JDQ has a history of working with SRK on successful process-oriented consultations and implementations to meet ISO 9000:2000 requirements. An on-going JDQ JUMP!Forward™ engagement has focused on SRK's core business processes in North America. This new JDQ JUMP!Forward initiative involves the design and deployment of a business management system that uses Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007® as its technical foundation. MS Office SharePoint 2007 is an integrated suite of server capabilities for enterprise search, content management, business process facilitation, simplified information sharing, collaboration and enhanced business insight.

Andy Barrett, SRK North America President, says: "Earlier processes in some SRK practices relied on forms-based systems to meet ISO 9001 requirements. Our goal is to use technology to simplify workflow and automatically create the necessary audit trails."

This new engagement will strive for synergy at each of SRK's 31 consulting offices around the world. JDQ will be looking for the best ways of integrating the different management systems, accounting systems and cultures that have evolved at each location.
