Jon Morris – Principal and President
Jon Morris is an accomplished quality practitioner with 21 years of experience in the application of quality methodologies to effect business improvement. Jon has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Jon’s experience extends from the implementation of formal quality systems for ISO 9000 registration, through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methods, to software application design to support continual improvement efforts. As a principal of JDQ, Jon continues to consult on strategic improvement initiatives while providing leadership to the JDQ team based on quality principles.
With a diverse background in database and application design, Gary has focused on the design and implementation of systems for over 25 years to support business improvement. Gary knowledge of end-to-end business workflows and management systems include CRM, procurement, sales order processing, order fulfillment, container shipping, inventory control, document management, and export systems. His experience spans many industries from forest product sales and distribution to telecommunications and the service sector. Gary directs the software application development activities of JDQ on a day-to-day basis and ensures the JDQ team applies the latest technology to new and existing projects.
